Please allow me 5 - 14 days for your order to be shipped. I print mostly on demand and I might not be able to process your order immediately. I am just one person, juggligng multiple jobs. Thank you for your patience.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The average shipping time:
UK: 3 -7 working days
EU: 6 -10 working days
US: 15 working days
Australia: 20 working days

How do you ship my order?
All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail and will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. You can track it on RM website : https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and on your local mail service after the package enters your country.
Can I return my order?
If you’d like to make a return contact me @ aiwasensei.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then need to return undamaged goods to receive a full refund. You will have to cover the shipment of the return.
